Hey ya'll, my name is Raynie Hurley and I am the owner and maker at Rayning H Leather Company. I have been in the western world since I was born and I wouldn't have it any other way! I guess you could say I was country back when country wasn't cool. I have always had horses and just about every other farm animal that you can think of, as well as miniature cattle and other exotics. After graduation I went straight to work as an animal care technician where I threw myself into work and became an absolute work-horse. After a few years, I realized that I wasn't taking any time for myself to be creative anymore. If you havent guessed it already, thats how I came into leatherwork! I started with a cheap tool set from amazon, half of the tools were things I would never use and I definitely had to upgrade in order to create quality peices. It wasnt much but it was enough to make me fall in love with the trade and I havent stopped since! Now I'm a work-horse with my own small business!
